About the event

Yates Center Days features a variety of activities, such as a 5K, kids' inflatables, live music performances, a parade, alumni reunions, vendors, kids' games and more! It's held rain-or-shine in the Historic Yates Center Town Square and draws quite the crowd. We'd love to see you there in 2025!

Date:  May 24, 2025  Address:  110 N Main, Yates Center, KS 66783  Check-In:  Begins at 7:30 am  Booths must be set-up no later than 8:45 am Cleanup:  After parade (approx. 4 pm)  Booth Locations:  Street - please bring heavy sandbags to tie down tents  Fee (per vendor):  Craft and Informational Vendor:  $35.00 for 12’X12’ booth  Food Vendor:  $50.00  After registration:  Please complete the following steps:  1) Send graphics / logo / photos / links to your social media and/or website(s) to so that we can create a Vendor Feature for you!  You will receive a proof copy of the feature before it goes out. If there are limitations regarding graphics for your brand / company, please let us know ahead of time.  2) Send us a menu for the day IF you are a food vendor and were not able to provide a day-of menu during registration.  Please note:  For direct sales and branded products, spots are available on a first-come, first-serve basis and are subject to a no duplication policy (examples of these vendors include Pampered Chef, Scentsy, and Chick-Fil-A) . Please contact us ahead of time to check availability. Vendor lists on this website are updated regularly, but there will be some lag depending on when the registration is completed. Feel free to call us at (620) 625-3235, email, or send us a message through our website to ensure your direct sales or brand is not already being offered. Thanks!   Please submit proof of liability insurance to Woodson County Chamber of Commerce prior to event date.

    This ticket grants you access to an assigned 12' X 12' vendor space on our Historic Town Square. If you need more space, please purchase additional tickets. Thank you!

    This ticket grants you access to an assigned space on our Historic Town Square. Please let us know how much space your tent or trailer will take up so we can map out food vendors accordingly. Thanks!
