YC Days Vendor Registration 2024

Date:  Saturday, May 25, 2024  Address:  110 N Main, Yates Center, KS 66783  

Check-In:  Begins at 7:30 am  

Booths must be set-up no later than 8:45 am  

Cleanup:  After parade (approx. 4 pm)  

Booth Locations:  Street  - please bring heavy sandbags to tie down your tent

NO electricity available

Fee (per vendor / booth space):  

EARLY BIRD SPECIAL (valid through March 15th): 

• $25 for Craft & Informational Vendors (12'X12' space)

• $40 for Food Vendors

Regular Pricing Begins March 16th, 2024:

Craft and Informational Vendor:  $35.00 for 12’X12’ space

Food Vendor:  $50.00  

Please note:  For certain vendor types, such as food vendors and representatives of businesses with many salespeople, spots are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. If we already have a vendor signed up that represents your business or food type to the degree that it is duplication, you will be notified and your fee will be refunded. You may contact us ahead of time to check availability. Vendor lists on this website are updated regularly, but there will be some lag depending on when the registration is completed. Typical Event Activities:  In the past, Yates Center Days has hosted a 5K Fun Run & Walk, a breakfast provided by the Masonic Lodge, Kids Games & Activities, Inflatables, a Beer Garden or Common Consumption area, Live Music, the Yates Center Days Parade, and our Alumni Members celebrating with an Alumni banquet and by  putting together parade floats and having their 5 and 10 year reunions. The event is held rain-or-shine and it brings in many residents, past residents, and visitors. A 2024 schedule of events is in the works and will be released closer to event date.

All vendors need to be set up by 8:45 am. It is the responsibility of the exhibitor to collect sales tax. The sales tax rate is 9.5%. All exhibitors must clean up their area and leave it as found. This event will be held rain or shine. No refunds will be issued. Electricity is not available, but quiet generators are permitted for food vendors.

Please submit proof of liability insurance to Woodson County Chamber of Commerce prior to event date.

• Sweet Kernels Kettle Corn & Lemonade - Popped on site Kettle Corn, Caramel Corn, Handmade Lemonades and Limeades.

• Grab'N'Go Hot Dogs, LLC - Hotdog hot links, nachos pretzels, stir fry, drinks, and chips

• Simply Delicious - Homemade Suzy Q’s, Walking Tacos, Frito Chili Pies, Funnel Cakes, Fried Brownies, Twinkies, and Oreos

• Perry's Pork Rinds - We will have cotton candy and grape soda (plastic bottles), water (plastic bottles). Pork Rinds & Cracklins!

• The Little Nut Hut - Cinnamon Roasted Nuts (Pecans, Almonds, Cashews) Loaded Mac & Cheese Loaded Nacho's Texas Tator's Bacon Wrapped Sausage on a Stick Drinks

• Poppin Boba Drinks - We sell "Poppin" Boba (bubbles made out of 100% fruit juice)in refreshing punch and lemonades 24 oz clear cups with ice $5.00 each Mango Boba in Strawberry, Kiwi Strawberry Boba in Lemonade, Blueberry Boba in Mango Punch
